It is the buyers responsibility to read all of the information on the website's Commissions page and the Store Policies and Terms of Service before requesting a commission

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Each Devilish Doll takes a full three work days to make from start to finish. While I work on commissions I am still working on general inventory, running a business, and living life so please allow 2-3 weeks for your doll to be made, and I will notify you when it is done within or before that time frame and I will ship ASAP once receiving your approval.


WHAT IS YOUR COMMISSION PRICING?
Estimates are based off of- materials cost, hourly wage, and the (metaphorical) blood, sweat & tears tax of being an artist. All of this is wrapped up nicely in this sweet estimate price chart below by Size and Detail!
*SIZES* small(4-7in), med(8- 12in), large(13-18in)

*DETAIL* low(classic face / no body decorations)
mid(slightly detailed face / some body decorations)
high(very detailed face / lots of body decoration)


BUT WHAT IS THE FINAL COST?
The chart above is only an estimated cost, your specific Devilish Doll commission may end up costing more or less than the prices listed above! Your unique quote will be given once I fully understand the commission vision/concept and you have picked out the plushie body!

On the topic of plushie bodies, please note that certain plushes such as Build-a-Bears may cost more to use than other plushie bodies due to their expensive nature, even when bought second hand.


IS THERE A DEPOSIT?
Yes there is a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total commission. The deposit is calculated based on the quote I give, not the estimate prices listed on this page.


HOW DO I ORDER A COMMISSION?
STEP ONE
Send me a message through the Contact page of this website, or DM me on any social media platform. It is preferred to use the Contact page of this website as I can more assure your message will be seen when sent through there. If you DM me on social media I will most likely ask you to use the Contact page to put in your final request so I can have it easily accessible.

When requesting a commission please include the following information:

-your preferred name
-the name you want on your physical package
-the address the package will be shipped to
-a phone number to keep on file in case needed to send tracking information
-an email address to send updates and tracking
-an Instagram or Facebook to send updates (if not filled in, I will only email you)

-what size doll you are looking for (Sm,Md,Lg,)
-what level of detail (Low, Mid, High)
-if you have a doll you want altered or if you want to use one of mine

-any and all details of what your idea is or what you want the doll to look like, including any drawing or photo inspiration

I will not make a copy of any other artist's work, please contact that artist for a commission if you want something that looks like their art.

STEP TWO
Once I have received your request I will send you a quote if I feel capable of creating what you are looking for, or I will send you a notice of commission denial if I feel I cannot achieve what you are looking for.

STEP THREE
If you accept my quote by emailing / messaging me back your acceptance, I will send you a link to a custom deposit listing on my website. Accepting this quote and paying the deposit finalizes your commission idea. If you would like to make any additions or changes to the design, you must notify me of this before accepting the quote and paying the deposit.

Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of acceptance of quote or the deposit listing will be deleted and you must contact me again to have it reposted.

STEP FOUR
Once the deposit is paid your commission will be made in 2-3 weeks at most. When it is finished I will notify you, and when I receive your response I will create a listing of the commission on this website with the quoted price minus the deposit and provide you with a link to the listing.

Listings must be paid within 24 hours of posting or the listing will be deleted and you must contact me again to have it reposted.

Any commissions that are finished and unpaid past the deposit, whether you are still in contact with me or not, will be held for you for 14 days starting from the day of notification of finished commission. After the 14 days the commission will be void and the deposit will not be eligible for refund. This is considered a void transaction, not a cancelled one.

STEP FIVE
Once the listing is paid I will ship ASAP and send you the confirmation of shipping and tracking number.

CANCELLING A COMMISSION
If you choose to cancel your commission before paying the remainder of the commission, but after paying the deposit of the commission, the deposit will not be refunded. 

Please see Shop Policies & Terms of Service for information about cancelling an order if commission has been paid in full.

Devilish Dolls holds the right to cancel any commission at any point for any reason, and the deposit will be refunded in this circumstance and this circumstance only. 


LEGAL CREATIVE RIGHTS
Devilish Dolls holds creative and legal rights to all our art/products including commissions.

The moment a client/buyer accepts Devilish Dolls quote and pays the deposit as outlined in Step Three of How do I Order a Commission that client/buyer is signing their creative idea over to Devilish Dolls who will do their best to interpret that creative idea and create a design that encompasses said client/buyer's creative idea.

If a commission is cancelled or becomes void but has been fully or partially made, Devilish Dolls holds the right to sell said commission to another party as the commission is Devilish Dolls' creative and legal property.
